• 24 acre expansion and hotel condominium
project
• The Flats will consist of 2 Towers of studio
and one bedroom units,
a total of 800 rooms that can be revenue producing for owners during
peak periods. Studios will start in the mid $400,000 and one bedrooms
in the mid $800,000’s.
• The Luxury Residences will house 372 residences
in 24 to 29 story towers. These private one, two and three bedroom
units will have private parking, valet and concierge service. The
